WHAT IS THE TIMOTHY CHALLENGE?
The Timothy Challenge is an 8-week immersive leadership experience for men who want to focus on investing in the spiritual dynamic of their leadership. Perfect for men in ministry roles, leadership roles, emerging roles, or men just hoping to develop their spiritual leadership within the home. Built on real accountability, real community, and a faith that isn't left at the door. From weekly seminars to physical challenges, a companion app to an unforgettable two-night, three-day retreat, the Timothy Challenge is designed to transform your leadership.
The Timothy Challenge is named after the young man the Apostle Paul personally mentored in the Bible — pouring his life into one man (Timothy) so that he could go on to lead others well. That's the model here: Not a course you consume alone, but a relationship-driven, 8-week immersive experience where you're known, challenged, and held accountable by other leaders who actually want you to become who God made you to be.
"Be diligent in these matters; give yourself wholly to them, so that everyone may see your progress." — 1 Timothy 4:15
Daily Accountability
The Timothy Challenge is built on daily accountability through a signature companion app that you can use to track your spiritual disciplines and progress, as well as connect with other leaders in the challenge through the app's social features. The eight-week challenge also features a robust curriculum delivered weekly through live virtual sessions that are designed to empower and encourage you in your weekly progress.
Paul's Journey
Throughout the eight weeks, you will be given a unique, transformative physical challenge designed to test your resilience while strengthening your personal prayer life: Walking the miles Timothy's mentor (the Apostle Paul) walked during his missionary journeys. Hint: The rules of this challenge are where the real transformation happens.
An Unforgettable Retreat
The eight-week Timothy Challenge ends with a spiritually immersive two-night, three-day retreat at The Cove's beautiful 1,200 acres in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Asheville, NC. You'll experience a rich itinerary full of breakout sessions, personal prayer, rest, reflection, full amenities, and a final hike to close out "Paul's Journey," which ends in a summit moment: A physical picture of a truth we hope settles deep — a hard life, well-lived, is worth every bit of the climb.
KEEP FIGHTING THE GOOD FIGHT.
This year's Timothy Challenge will be led by the founder, Zach White.
Zach was ordained into pastoral ministry in 2016. He was awarded his masters from New Orleans Theological Baptist Seminary in 2023.
Passionate about encouraging the next generation of leaders, Zach founded a leadership community in 2025 to serve other leaders who are trying to develop and prioritize spiritual leadership.
The Timothy Challenge is a passion project designed to offer a unique and immersive experience exclusively for men in ministry and leadership who are serious about their faith being a central part of their leadership journey.

All The Tools You Need To Transform Your Leadership
You've tried to build the disciplines before. Maybe more than once. You started strong — a new reading plan, an early alarm, a real commitment to prayer — and then life happened, or you just quietly stopped showing up. A few weeks in, you were back where you started, wondering what happened to the momentum you had.
If that's familiar, you already know the weight it carries — the guilt of falling short again, the sense that you're stuck in a cycle you can't quite break, the quiet fear that maybe this is just who you are. You're not lazy, and you're not alone. What's usually missing isn't willpower—it's the accountability, the community, and the structure that lead to lasting discipline in your spiritual leadership.
You already sense this could be the jumpstart your life and leadership needs. This is your chance to stop starting over and to experience the transformation you know you need.
There is no greater investment you could possibly make than to invest in your spiritual life and leadership.
We believe this experience should be world-class. But we also understand that the cost of the retreat, materials, curriculum, and app can add up quickly. We don't want that to be a stumbling block for any leader seeking the support they need. So, make sure to find out how to save up to $500 on your experience below 👇
Refer a Friend
(Save Up to $500)
This is the kind of challenge that means more with other men you already know and trust. Not to mention, prices come down when you "buy in bulk." That's a win for everyone. You can refer up to five friends. Register today with your $200 deposit. Refer your friends by the registration deadline (August 16th) and save on your final balance (Due by September 6th).
*The referral program is contingent on participation; credits will not be applied if individuals drop out of the challenge or fail to pay their remaining balance in full. While participants are free to refer up to five individuals, a single individual cannot be claimed as a referral by more than one participant.
