About Me

I was tapped on the shoulder at 18 to start leading in ministry. I quickly learned that I didn't know what I was doing. So, I became a student of leadership.

Many years later, I deepened my understanding of leadership. I became a pastor, I started leading a huge team, and now I serve other leaders within their context. I have a heart for young Millennials and Gen Z who are trying to navigate the gap they've inherited.

Leadership has changed my life in so many meaningful ways. It impacts my marriage, my parenting, my vocation, my relationships, my finances, my personal health, my faith, my future, and so much more.
