About Me

I got tapped on the shoulder at 18 years old to start leading in the non-profit space. I quickly learned that I didn't know what I was doing. So, I became a student of leadership.

Many years later, I managed to level up my understanding of leadership, leading quite a large team, and now I coach other leaders within their context.

Leadership has changed my life in so many meaningful ways. It impacts my marriage, my parenting, my vocation, my relationships, my finances, my personal health, my faith, my future...
